I build websites for hotels, professionals, service businesses, associations and online shops. Before I design a page I look at what your customers search for, then I write the copy and set up the measurement: the site goes live ready to be found on Google and to show up in the answers of ChatGPT and other assistants.

// WHICH SITE YOU NEED
Six types of site, six ways of bringing in customers
A hotel and a law firm are not searched for in the same way, so their websites can't be the same. I always start from who needs to find you and what they should do once they land on the page.
HOSPITALITY
Websites for hotels and B&Bs
Multilingual sites connected to your booking engine, with clear room pages and pages built around what people search for in your area. The goal is to move bookings from the OTAs to your own site.
People looking for you want to understand in a few seconds what you do, where you are and how to contact you. I build a page for each service and for your area, linked to your Google Business Profile.

SERVICES
Websites for service businesses
Courses, transfers, rentals, consulting: services people choose by comparing. The site has to explain the offer, answer objections and lead to an enquiry or a booking.
A site that tells people what you do, collects memberships and donations, and that your volunteers can update themselves, without depending on whoever built it.
Associations
Third-sector bodies

Sports clubs
ONLINE SALES
Ecommerce
Online shops on WooCommerce or Shopify, with product pages written for shoppers and for Google, and payments, shipping and sales tracking already set up.

INDUSTRY AND B2B
Websites for manufacturers
Technical catalogues, product pages in several languages, configurators and quote tools. Pages designed for the purchasing office and for people looking for a specific solution, not a brand name.
For years I did SEO on sites built by other people, and the problem was almost always the same: pages decided without looking at what people search for, placeholder copy left in place, forms that tracked nothing.
That's why my sites start from marketing. Your quote includes the following, with no extra line items:
Page structure built on the real searches of your industry and your area
Copy written by me, in the words your customers use
Basic technical SEO: speed, structured data, sitemap, meta tags
Pages written to be cited in AI answers too: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews
Contact forms connected and conversions tracked in Google Analytics 4
A mobile version looked after as carefully as the desktop one
A panel to update text and images yourself, with a recorded guide
There is one more thing compared with a few years ago. Part of today's searches no longer ends on a list of links: the answer is written by ChatGPT, Perplexity or the AI box at the top of Google. To get into those answers, a site has to state things explicitly — prices, areas served, timelines, the differences between one service and another — and have structured data that machines can read without having to interpret it. I set up the pages this way from the start, and it is the same clarity that people need.

Costs, timelines and what to expect
A brochure site starts from €1,190, VAT excluded. The final price depends on how many pages you need, how much of the copy I write and how many languages you want. An online shop or a site with custom features, such as a configurator or a members' area, is quoted separately. Domain, hosting and third-party licences are not included, but I tell you about them upfront, so you know what you will spend in the following years too.
A brochure site usually takes three to six weeks from confirmation. An online shop takes longer, because products have to be uploaded and payments and shipping configured. What slows things down is almost always photos and information from your side: if the material is ready, things go much faster.
It means marketing goes into the site while I build it, not afterwards. Before designing the pages I look at what your customers search for, I write the copy around those searches and I connect forms and measurement from day one. The result is a site that starts out with the foundations to be found on Google and to turn visits into enquiries.
Yes, WordPress is the right choice when you need many pages, a blog and the ability to update everything yourself. For sites that have to do something specific, like calculating a quote or showing a filterable catalogue, I build custom in React. In our first meeting I tell you which of the two costs less over time for your case.
The site is built with everything it needs to be indexed and understood by Google: structure, copy, speed and structured data. Nobody can guarantee first position, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Real ranking is built in the following months with content and steady work, which we can decide to do together once the site is live.
Yes, and it's part of the work, not an extra line in the quote. It's called AEO, or GEO: optimising so that an assistant cites you, not just a search engine. In practice I write each page so that the answer can be extracted on its own, with the question and a complete answer right below it, and I add the structured data that says who you are, what you offer, where you work and at what prices. Then I check that the OpenAI, Perplexity and Google crawlers can get in, because they are often blocked by mistake, and I prepare an llms.txt file with a map of the content. These are the same measures that make the site clearer for human readers too.
The two go together. Assistants build their answers from the same pages Google indexes: a site that is weak in classic search is unlikely to end up inside a generated answer. What changes is the type of visit. Someone who arrives after reading an AI answer has already chosen and often writes or calls straight away, so they are worth more than ten casual visitors. That's why I keep both routes together instead of betting on just one.
I work in person with clients between Brescia, Verona, Mantua and Lake Garda. For the rest of Italy I work remotely, with video calls and shared materials, and the projects run just the same.
Yes. I start with an analysis of what you have: what brings visits, which pages already rank and what isn't working. In the rebuild I keep the addresses that bring traffic or set up the right redirects, so you don't lose what you've built so far.
