    The challenge

After years of running guided tours, the business needed a separate brand for its private chauffeur (NCC) service. It had to be visible in organic search from launch, with no advertising budget.

The audience was international and diverse: Italian, British, German and Russian tourists looking for airport transfers, private tours and chauffeur services. Without a multilingual presence, those requests were going to competitors.

There were three challenges: building a credible visual identity from scratch, creating a website indexable in 4 languages with native SEO content, and having operational tools (bookings, payments, automated confirmations) working from launch day.

    The solution

A complete ecosystem delivered in 3 months, from the brand kit to go-live with a custom backend.

The website is built on an SSG architecture for sub-second loading and fully indexable HTML, in 4 languages (IT, EN, DE, RU), so it reaches Lake Garda's international visitors in their own language.

    Operational features delivered:

    • SEO blog with an integrated visual editor
    • AI chatbot for instant visitor support
    • Stripe integration for online payments
    • Custom backend on Supabase
    • Automatic generator of PDF booking confirmations

    Testimonial

"Working with Ekaterina was easy: she handled everything, from the logo to the website in four languages, all the way to online payments and automatic confirmations. I could focus on my customers. Two weeks after launch, the first organic bookings came in, without any advertising campaign."
    — Nicola Neagu, Owner of BookTaxi Desenzano

    Strategy

    1. Brand identity from scratch

Logo, a navy and teal palette, Josefin Sans for headings and Inter for body text, and complete brand guidelines.

    2. SEO-first architecture with SSG

Vite React SSG, pre-rendered on every deploy: crawlers receive pure HTML and Core Web Vitals stay optimal. This was key to competing in a local market already held by established operators.

    3. Native internationalisation in 4 languages

i18next and react-i18next, localised URLs, hreflang and natural translations rather than machine translation, for visibility in four language markets.

    4. SEO blog with a visual editor

An integrated TipTap editor and articles optimised for transfer and Lake Garda tourism keywords, answering the questions tourists search for before they travel.

    5. Custom backend and operational tools

A custom Supabase backend with an admin panel, Stripe payments and PDF confirmations generated with React PDF Renderer, so the client never has to handle documents manually.

    6. AI chatbot to qualify leads

It answers questions about availability, prices, routes and payment methods in real time, reducing the workload and qualifying leads before direct contact.

    The results

The most significant result: after only 2 weeks, the first qualified organic leads arrived, with no active advertising campaign.

    • Organic leads within 2 weeks of go-live – no advertising spend
    • 4 language markets reached – IT, EN, DE and RU with native, indexed content
    • Fully operational from day 1 – bookings, Stripe payments and automated PDF confirmations
    • A brand built from scratch – logo, website, blog, chatbot and backend in 3 months
